Move from Florida to New Jersey

This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. Do not use this company. They are a broker and farm you out to other moving companies. When your things are picked up they block your calls so you can't call them with a problem.

Stay far, far away.

I hired Coast to Coast (WWW.CTC-RELO.COM) based on a dollar amount that was calculated with an entire list of my possessions as well as the CSA/Sales persons word that she put a TON of boxes on there for me. Estimate $1600.

I knew that wouldn't be the final number, especially since other quotes were in the3-4k range. She talked a lot about being a family business and they loved to go above and beyond for their customers. I found a couple of bad reviews but many, many positive ones so I hired them.

When the movers arrived they said that I had more than they estimated. She had put that I had 15 boxes. In reality I had 100 which to me is a ton. 15 is not. So he said it would be more. Like in the 3200-3600 range.

Ok, I said to load it up and I will deal with the extra price. They had only sent a partial truck as it had others possessions in it. they filled the rest of the truck and put everything else in the garage with a winched rope around it.

I was told the next truck would come tomorrow and that they would let me know when.

Then came the bill..almost 10k, yes you read that right. Ten thousand dollars vs 1600. What do you do then? They have all your stuff on a truck and if you tell them to forget it, everything will be dumped on your driveway with no care at all. They have you and they know it. I gulped and said yes and started scrambling for money for the check I just wrote because they only accept credit cards for the deposit.

Sunday the driver just showed up, no call or texts. We we just about to give up as it was 6PM. The load in was unremarkable.

Late Wednesday we received a call that our items would be delivered tomorrow afternoon and we had to have the other half in cash or PO money orders. Nothing else. They really, really, REALLY stressed cash which made me go get the money orders for a receipt.

The load out was unremarkable except for the complaints of having to take 5 things upstairs.

When they were done we signed everything and they went back to folding blankets and picking up trash. We said our goodbyes as we had so many other things to do.I should have known better. I woke to a text from my new landlord with a picture of all their trash in my driveway.

So in the end, I paid 10k when it was supposed to be 1600, I have punctured boxes and squished stuff and NOW I have to go and pick up their trash and hope my landlord will forgive me.

Pictures are available below. You can see the trash in the back of the truck and then in my driveway so it was an on-purpose act of moving things from the truck and throwing it into the drive. Awful company, stay away at all costs.

Long-distance move from Maryland to Georgia

Thank you.

I am never making the mistake of hiring a cheap company to move my stuffs again. I didn’t consider how much it would actually cost me to move my stuffs. Hence, I was looking for a sweet deal. I got one with a moving company who promised to show up on time. On the day of the move, they just didn’t show up. No one took my calls and I had no other way of reaching them. I got so frustrated. Then I called Coast to coast relocation for immediate help. It’s one of the leading moving companies. So I wouldn’t dare to think they would be cheap. They weren’t cheap, but not ridiculously expensive either. The good thing was that they dispatched some movers right away who came and helped me with the move. I suppose you can move stress-free, if you hire Coast to coast relocation that is.

Long-distance move from Massachusetts to West Virginia

Find an alternative.

It is a sham. The representative's selling point was that these guys are not brokers but have their own trucks. Let me provide my detailed experience

5/16- I talk to a rep called Alex and everything goes well. He provides me an estimate. The price seems reasonable and we go ahead with a plan

5/26-6/5 - I keep emailing so called Alex with no replies whatsoever to confirm my move date. Eventually I get a reply after several emails and calls for confirmation date of 6/27 and a backup date of 6/26.

6/25 -5pm - I get a call from the movers stating that they would be at my place at 10am. I request and state that my preferred date was

6/27 and it is unfair to change my preferred date at such short notice since I am a medicine resident and cannot find a backup coverage at such short notice. The mover states rudely - I do not care. I am able to get hold of Alex on 6/25 and he states he would try for 6/27, if not then they would shoot for 6/28. I agree to this and request once again for a call earlier during the day for confirmation of the time

6/26 - The mover calls and states - Monday -6/27 is no good and they would not make it

6/27 -5 pm - The mover guy calls and states they would come in at 2pm. I agree and everything appears good.

6/27 - 10 pm - The mover guy calls and says they would come in at 10 am next morning. I am at a loss of words at this point. I start explaining to him how I cannot leave my work in a hospital at such short notice as I already have coverage assistance for 2 pm after the initial talk. AT THIS POINT HE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY - I TALKED TO YOU 1 HOUR AGO. Losing my patience I tell him not to lie and he states I do not care about your move and find another mover- 1 DAY BEFORE MY MOVE HE TELLS ME TO FIND ANOTHER MOVER. Attempts at calling and emailing so called ALEX don't help at this point. Frantically I arrange for alternative movers with 3 times the cost. 1 week later I am called by these people describing my move and sharing my lovely feedback.
ONE ADVICE PEOPLE - STAY AWAY FOR LONG HAUL MOVES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.

Long-distance move from Pennsylvania to Florida

Never again.

When the representative Samantha called me she sold me on how they were the best deal out there and if someone offered a better price they would match it. I told her everything I needed to bring and she stated that I didn't have the minimum amount so she would add 50 boxes to make it equal 571 cubic ft which is there minimum. I reviewed the contract and everything I said was on there and I signed it. She stated it would take 3 days for my things to get from PA to FL. When the movers came I was the first pick up and they proceeded to tell me that my stuff took up 750 cubic ft and it would be and extra $590 which was the everything on the contract and only 15 boxes. I contacted Samantha right away and she told me that was incorrect and she would speak to her boss and send me a new contract. Samantha did not call back she emailed me to tell me her boss will call me back the same day. She said she would be available by phone or email any time. I called and emailed multiple times she never contacted me. I ended up calling dispatch and the manager Chris said that what she said was a quote and he would look into it. Days went by and no phone call. I called again at this point and he ended up hanging up on me because he didn't appreciate my frustration. He also told me he didn't know where I got that my things would be shipped in 3 days because its 7 to 10 days. My fiance then spoke with him after he hung up on me and he told her that they made a mistake and would take some money off but we still ended up paying and extra $277 dollars. They also charged us $100 extra for 20 rolls of tape because they taped the blankets over our stuff. Samantha never told us any of this. Our stuff sat at warehouse and we had no clue until we called 3 days after it was picked up. It was a terrible experience and his only comment was that this is there busy season so it happens. That he knows moving is frustrating. I hired movers so moving would not be a hassle which it shouldn't have been. The movers came and broke two knobs off my dresser and my entertainment center was wet and the wood was warped. My boxes were crushed and re taped . A few were wet. You are better off going with a national well known company. This company needs to retrain their staff and all get on the same page and not promise people things they can't deliver on. Also learn how to communicate with their customers better. I will not recommend this company and I will warn people about them. As well as contact the better business bureau because this is a scam of a family owned moving company.

Long-distance move from New Jersey to Florida

Great from start to finish.

My salesman contacted me promptly of the day that I had made an inquiry online full of information about my relocation. He made sure to go over every step of the move and even offered to have a specialist come out to my home and do the estimate. I live within 20 minutes but am out of town quite frequently for work so setting up a time was nearly impossible, but they sure did follow up in trying to make sure that I was happy. My move was the following week so of course I was stressed to the max. The hustle and bustle of moving is beyond stressful so I was running around like a mad man trying to get everything situated. I will be quite honest, if it weren't for him I wouldn't have been able to swing this move on my own. So lets fast forward to the move date: The movers did show up an hour late but I was completely understanding because of the weather conditions, considering we had all of this snow late in the season and it came out of nowhere I can understand that is why I am still giving and Excellent rating. The came in and started to disassemble all of my furniture right away, they did it with great care and respect for the most part but not everyone is perfect, the one guy wasn't so gentle but after coaxing him he stopped. They loaded up everything in a pretty time manageable fashion and made sure to pad wrap with care I will give them that. At delivery my items were in the same condition and I was surprised to say that everything was there after I unpacked, considering my items were on the truck with a few other families I was expecting things to be rattled around and missing but to my surprise I unpacked the last box tonight so that's why I am writing this review! Just wanted to take the time to give this company and A plus for the good job.. All in all was a satisfactory move!

Long-distance move from New York to Florida

Horrible!

The total cost was almost 3K more than the original quote. They arrived five days later than we originally discusses THEN.. everything was broken. Almost every piece of our furniture was chipped or broken. Art smashed, dishes smashed. They moved all of our stuff from the original truck to a warehouse, then back to another truck. It's been a nightmare. We have 30 days to file a claim and I can't get anyone to return my calls.

Long-distance move from Massachusetts to California

One of the MOST HORRIBLE Experiences.

I have lived in 7 states across the US and this was the 2nd worst experience I've had with a moving company. Coast to Coast Relocation moved me from my apartment in Boston, MA on January 14, 2016. The sales rep quoted me less than half of what I paid in the end. When they delivered my belongings on January 30, they were a day late and several of my belongings were damaged or destroyed. They broke 2 of my 6 dining room chairs, broke plastic storage footlockers and containers, and punctured holes in my leather bed. When they reassembled the bed, they did it backwards and the mattress fell after they left. I completed the insurance claim but the company is only offering me $175 stating that my shipment was only 208 pounds. Seriously?! I moved most of my belongings and I lived in a fully furnished 2BR apartment. There were more than 70 items tagged with clothes, dishes, wine, shoes, bedding, sectional, futon, queen sized bed, double dresser, 2 nightstands, 3 tvs, a dining room table with 6 oversized chairs, 2 barstools, entertainment unit, etc. Their calculation of the poundage does not add it up, especially considering I paid them over $5000. The compensation they are offering is not even close to adequate. I do not expect full value but I think Coast to Coast is being dishonest about the poundage. Not to mention a mover with good customer service would take responsibility and try to come to an agreement. I contacted them several times with no response. Finally had to go through Moving Claim.net but their contract with them was recently terminated.

Stay Away.

Let me start out with the positive. The guys who actually worked, the movers, were FANTASTIC! I wish I could remember all of their names, but since there were 6 I can't. Unfortunately I don't have their personal company names either.

That being said, the rest of the experience was awful starting the day the movers were to arrive. They didn't get there until 8pm, and left around 1130pm. We had initially been told it would be between 12-2, then after I CALLED them, they said it would be 5-6. 6 came and went, so I contacted who I could in which I was told that they were working to get them there but they had scheduled 15 pickups in one day, so they were "working the best that they could" because of this. First off, LOGICALLY, this doesn't make sense. Our move of just a ONE person apartment took 3.5 hours. I'm pretty good at math and at just an hour each, not even including travel between pick ups, there's not enough time in the day!!

The overall cost was more than originally quoted. To quote their email "..Binding Not To Exceed Quote. Bare in mind this price
is worst case scenario, it does have the potential of going down drastically. I look forward to working with you and making this a "Stress Free" move." What a bunch of lies. Everything was mentioned to the company and details were given on the size as well. It was DEFINITELY NOT stress free either.

The stuff arrived about 5 days later, which was nice, except I was told that it would be coming the next day, early in the morning. Come to find out, they had mixed up our delivery with another in the area..surprise, surprise. This was incredibly inconveniencing as it was a holiday as well, and we were told they didn't work on holidays too. The delivery was quick and painless.

Do not use this company! Look for a company that actually uses their own equipment or something. They aren't worth the "low price".

Amazing job moving me!!

I have come to expect a lackluster job from the moving companies despite their promises and supposed reputation. But coast to coast relocation really shocked my system by being efficient. They really excelled in every aspect of relocation. They quoted inexpensively, the movers arrived on time and none of my valuables suffered any damage while being moved. This kind of performance is so rare in this business. Either these guys are the dumbest in USA or the word “honesty” really means something to them.

Long-distance move from New Hampshire to Florida

Added Charges.

I had to pay an additional 50% above the quote for two reasons. First, when the movers arrived, they immediately informed that the cubic footage used in the quote would likely be inadequate. Despite that fact that I provided a precise inventory and measurements for large items. Once they loaded, they informed me that the CuF was 35% more than quoted. Despite the fact that the company rep told me her estimate was "conservative" and I only used 50% of the boxes to which was entitled.

When the load arrived in FL, I was told the truck could not park in front of my residence because of overhanging trees. They charged me an additional $400 to carry pieces an additional 50 feet across a residential street with little to no traffic.

A classic UPSELL - ripoff. I was assured by my rep on the phone, when I was first told by Movers of the CuF problem, that I would be considered for a discount and should not worry. The company has refused to answer my emails in this regard.

Solution - measure every item. Get a firm quote with no add-ons regardless. There is a reason there are more ripoffs sites for moving companies than any other service.

Long-distance move from New Jersey to Colorado

July 2016 move from NJ to CO.

I used this company for a move from NJ to Colorado July 2016. I am not a satisfied customer. The men that drove the truck and delivered at my destination were rude and in a rush. They did not allow for any direction when unloading. Things were just placed where the felt like placing them. I had approximately $7000K worth of damaged personal items from poor packing in the trucks and obvious mishandling. One item was my Waterford chandelier I asked the packing crew to safely pack it believing they had the specific box for packing a chandelier. Biggest mistake. It was so poorly packed that parts were destroyed. It was put in a box that was too small and just wrapped with bubble wrap. No packing around it. Regarding sales : The "estimate" was 1/3 what the actual cost ended up being. INSURANCE: The sales people informed me that I didn't to carry additional insurance and that their basic coverage would be satisfactory. Huge huge mistake. I know now why they did this. To save on claims. I was offered $325.00 for my $7000K in damages contingent on me a signing a release that I would not post negative comments or file any complaints. I declined their $325.00 and I intend to warn others about the inferior service. If for some reason you do decide to use them anyway, I suggest you insure your belongings for the maximum amount because things will be destroyed and damaged and they don't care. My freedom to warn others is worth the $325 they offered me in compensation. No thank you!!

Long-distance move from New Hampshire to Florida

Horrible Movers. And a lot more money than they quote.

It all starts with Pamela (pamela@ctc-relo.com) She told me she was the best and had been doing this for years. After giving her my information and what I had to move, she was great. A few adjustments based on what I wanted to move and what I did not we came up with a final tally. I had my Money Order in hand the day the movers arrived and all was good. I thought, great, all the bad reviews were wrong I would be fine. The guys that picked up everything were very good all picked up and on the truck in about 45 minutes. Instead of the $919.00 I was supposed to pay (919 x 2) it turned out to be $919.00 for them and now $1564.00 on delivery nice little $645 upcharge (I should get into the moving business). They also said I would get 24 to 48 hours notice before they got to my new place. Well, I get a call about 3:30 in the afternoon today (6/28/2016) saying they would be at my place between 7-8 pm. I rushed home and got here about 6:30 pm when I did not hear from driver at 8:10 pm I text him and asked about his ETA, he called me back and said he would be here at 7am the next day. I told him I cannot be here after 8:30 in the am as I have an all day meeting from 9-5 pm and cannot miss it. So at this point, iam already paying a lot more and not getting a proper notice and being inconvienienced and I hope they get here early enough that I can make to work my new job, I am extremely frustrated. So, the guys show up, cannot speak english (russian or ukraine) claim they cannot park on the street (like every other moving company does) then proceed to add more money to my bill. This move cost me $1019.68 more than my estimate. My $919 dollar postal money order for the drop off turned out to be $1564 and then the drivers moving my furniture charged me another $375 cash on top of that because they said the walk was too far (see above about not wanting to park in front of the bldg.), also, the drivers did not seem very happy that I had postal money order (like I was told to get from Pamela), the driver Soleh, said oh ok I like cash. I said the people that packed me said to get postal money orders. So, in a nutshell, my $2232.87 moving estimate cost me $3252.55 this is $1019.68 more.

Local move within Georgia

Aweful-Stay Far Away.

We got a Binding Not to Exceed quote moving from GA to OK. The movers came the day promised and Alex, the foreman started talking about how big our stuff was. We sent Michael the sales rep an itemized sheet with sizes. The men doing the actual loading were great, no complaints with them.
Alex told us we had $590 dollars in tape use! They wrap your furniture but you have to pay for the tape and they use alot! Then Alex told us everything will not fit on the truck. We had to jam the rest in our cars. When the truck was loaded Alex told us we had to pay $3300 more we argued with him but truck was loaded. We called company and got $500 off.
We felt like we were scammed with paying so much for tape and Alex was swindling the entire time. When the truck arrived to unload it had about 10 ft more space, same truck just reloaded. It was a stressful, horrible experience and I had every box marked, numbered and written down. If you get a binding not to exceed quote it will increase a few thousand dollars you will need to pay with cash or they will not unload your stuff and you will not get your stuff delivered.
They had us over a barrel but we paid the extra money and got our stuff. We also had a couple missing things.
The office will never answer your calls either and if they do will tell you what you want to hear not the truth.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this moving company!

Long-distance move from Massachusetts to California

Worst company ever!

Do not use Coast to Coast Relocation or you will regret your decision like myself. They are a group of dishonest people. Do not believe what your rep says. It's a lie. I used this company for my cross country moving from MA to CA in early Jul. My sales rep was Samantha, who sounded really nice and was very helpful. But that ended when I paid a security deposit. In fact, she is just barefaced liar!!

When I asked her for a quotation, I told her that my item list was not finalized. She said "I can update your item list later on. I'll make a new estimate and you'll cancel the old one and re-sign an updated contract!" But when I asked her to update my item list later on, she told me that she was not allowed to change the estimate once I've made a contract with the company. I ended up paying $1300 more than the original estimate.

She also told me that I could secure my truck by paying a security deposit. She said "if your moving date moves, your truck also moves with you." In reality, I got a phone call from their dispatch department the day before my primary moving date and I was told "tomorrow doesn't work for another family near you so we'll do it the day after tomorrow." Obviously, they schedule multiple pickups using the same truck! And then I got another phone call on the very day that they told me to pick up my stuff. They said "Our driver suddenly got sick and hospitalized on the way to your apartment. Could you move your moving date to tomorrow?" Okay, even though the driver miraculously got sick and hospitalized, they should have assigned a back-up driver!

And lastly, Samantha told me my items would arrive in CA in 7-10 days. I specifically asked her whether it's 10 business days or 10 calendar days. She said "It's calendar days. Our trucks currently move 500 miles a day.(MA to CA is about 3000 miles.) " But what actually happened to me is that they picked up my stuff in MA and transported it to their warehouse in NJ. They kept my items there for 12 days (Yes, you got that right, TWELVE DAYS!) until they found another mover who could deliver them to CA. I think they sold my contract to a different mover for slightly less than what I owe them. The new mover re-loaded my items on their truck in NJ and deliver them to my new apartment in CA. It took 18 calendar days for me to receive my items. Because they piled up as many boxes as possible to save space and they loaded and unloaded my items twice, some of my boxes were smashed and destroyed.

Overall, my experience is almost a nightmare. When the problems arose, Samantha wasn't helpful at all. Do not use Coast to Coast Relocation, especially for your long distance moving! Many positive reviews you can find online are fake! .

Long-distance move from New York to Minnesota

Do NOT use this moving company!

For your own sanity, use another mover! This is a HORRIBLE company to work with and if you get the extreme misfortune of working with SAMANTHA, please ask her how she sleeps at night screwing over a single mom that makes less than $2k/month. She ENSURED us everything (everything!) was included in the quote (hallways, packing, tolls, etc). An additional $1500+ later, a week later than they told us they would deliver and the absolute inability to talk to anyone that had any management experience left us in a terrible bind. This company is a scam and I don't know how they stay in business. They are incredibly difficult to get in touch with when needed and because they contract out their services, they have zero control. They charged us for 30 rolls of tape for a 2-bedroom NYC apartment. Every box was already taped shut and we only used 5 rolls of tape. Save yourself a headache and a wallet squeeze and use a reliable company.

Long-distance move from New York to Washington

Worst movers ever.

Review of move from New York to Washington state in summer.

Don't ever book with Coast to Coast. I saw the bad reviews, but the sales people will make you buy the snake oil.
The sales force will make so many promises (I had read the reviews and was concerned about the additional charges and policies and the sales rep made many promises and also wrote down some waivers to the extra charges). They constantly will emphasize that they are family company and are not brokers but those are all lies. They are probably the only ones who are not rude and are nice on the phone.

My moving date was set for a Monday with a backup date of Tuesday. I was told that I would get a phone call 1 day before the move to confirm. They called me at 4:30 pm on Sunday (of course, I missed their call after waiting all day). I tried to call back at about ~5:20 and their office was already closed. Ok, but what about the backup date? Now the guy on the phone told me that they need at least 48 hours and Wednesday would be the earliest. He was also extremely rude on the phone. An example "you can find another moving company sir, but you know you won't find one right now".

The day of the move, the 2 movers and a driver came with a standard moving truck. They do have crazy policies on what they won't take without extra charges. I had to leave 3 pieces of furniture behind because they were deemed to be to fragile and the movers wanted $75-150 extra per piece to wrap up the furniture. They also charged $75 extra to repack a TV that I had already packed because that is their policy. Of course, the movers do not write any of this down on the receipt and will not even if you prompt them.

They take all your items to their warehouse in NJ until they can get enough people to fill a truck to wherever you move to. The sales rep promised me that during the summer, they have many people moving to Washington and they usually have a truck going out every week. The contract states up to 21 days for your stuff to be delivered, but the sales person stated and promised that was just to account for the slow season and since I am moving to one of the big cities on the west coast, they should be able to get my stuff there within 3-5 days of when I want it delivered. My items were picked up in the end of June and I wanted my stuff delivered in the last week of July. Of course, the dispatcher calls me on vacation and states he can drop of my stuff during the second week of July-he gave me a 6 day window where I could receive my items or I would have to wait for mid August. Arguing is no help and the dispatch guy on the phone will be rude and will make it obvious he doesn't care.

The movers called me the day before the last day of the window to confirm and now wanted $400 for a smaller shuttle to bring my stuff into the city. My contract had the charge written as $350. The movers had another contract (I e-signed a contract that I had a copy off) with my signature. Thank god I saved a copy! We had to call the customer service rep during the move to get the $50 back. I also had to argue with customer service to honor the written contract that stated elevator fees would be waived.
The 2 movers that arrived were obviously local contractors working with multiple companies.

The guys got my things quickly into the apartment, but it was then I noticed every piece of furniture I had moved was broken or damaged. The company also seems to do some additional disassembly at their warehouse even after they pick up your stuff. This became a problem as the guys that arrived had no idea how to put some of the furniture back together. I tried to keep on eye on things, but as I was picking up everything the next day, I found about 10-12 screws and nuts that I have no idea where they belong. Luckily they already broke the furniture, so I guess I don't have to worry about sitting down and breaking it. Even the moving boxes (I used all new boxes) arrived with lots of damage, rips, and some were falling apart.

The movers got frustrated that they don't know how to put stuff together and since they have other jobs, they collected their fees and extra charges (cash or postal money order only) and ran. They told me I had to contact the company for resolution.

I called the company and got a number for claims. I send the claims guy a description and pictures of all the damages. He is probably the rudest guy I've talked to in dealing with this company. He told ask me "what else do you expect moving across the country?" I thought the point of giving them so much money was to get my stuff here safely. He also will blame the damages on your furniture, accusing it of being cheap Chinese stuff and the moving boxes of being inadequate. Basically deflecting blame; it's not their fault, it's yours.

For approximately $1500 worth of damage including the TV I paid them $75 extra to pack, they were willing to give me $175 of compensation.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do seem cheaper at the beginning but I ended up paying $800 more than my original quote and the stress was just not worth it.

Long-distance move from New Hampshire to South Carolina

Coast to Coast Relocation, LLC.

Do Not use this moving company!! They are absolutely horrible. The give low estimates & end up charging you double. They steal your belongings and deliver the boxes empty so you don't realize you're missing anything until they are gone. They do not deliver when they promise. They kept my belongings for 24 days. They delivered them a full 11 days after they promised delivery. When they finally arrived they refused to unload without being paid a whole lot more than was estimated. They actually requested cash and refused to unload until they were paid.

Long-distance move from North Carolina to Louisiana

As they say in many other reviews..Stay Away!!

So it started as a retirement from the military move from NC to La. Samantha was energetic and willing to go the extra mile, or so I thought. After listing all the major items and known box counts, the quote was relatively low of 2400.00. Well it escalated on moving day when the team leader came in and said it would be more than double that amount, so I called the office and spoke with a manager, their solution was to go ahead and load the truck to get the actual cubic footage, sure now they have all your stuff hostage on the truck, and will call back once they get it figured out with a repack. Well it still ended up costing us roughly 5100.00 after their so called military discount and repack. Now they finally show up 2 weeks after packing and we find damages to our stuff and a few of the wardrobe size boxes only half full of items. This business needs to close its doors and let the professional moving companies operate.

Long-distance move from New Jersey to California

Worst experience.

Working with coast to coast relocation started off really good with Samantha then everything went downhill from there, they picked up our furniture on reserved date drivers/movers were friendly and professional they made an additional charge of 75.00 for walking 20' maybe then what was supposes to be free packing the truck charged an extra 150.00 for blankets and tie downs tape and shrink wrap already had dishes etc packed so they just had furniture so not real happy but ok. then had to call with a destination address took me a week of calling everyday finely got through, but couldn't give me a delivery date left messages everyday for 2 weeks finally someone called my son and said 3-4 days on the 4th day we started calling again have not heard from driver, late evening on the 4th day the driver called said he would be there between 12-2 at 3pm we started calling and leaving messages finally got through to the driver said he was 30min out so we waited finally shows up 3:45 with 18 wheeler which fits said I can't delivery we need smaller truck for additional 300.00 and would be back in 2 hours 4 hours later they show up in a 19.99 per day u-haul begin unloading and the are wild with the furniture mind you not a lot be they put chips in the door because they 1 guy instead of 2 put dents in the wall broke the bed when taking the packing off then as they are unpacking basically shrink wrap and tape and a few boxes they leave and leave the mess took me and my son 2 hours to clean up the garbage they left. and it's 10:30pm on a sunday and he starting a new job on monday talk about stressful and the movers they sent were really dirty and smelly shouldn't they have some kind of dress code. so my movers increased my quote by 600.00 dollars by they time it was done.

Long-distance move from Massachusetts to Texas

Relocation form Boston to Dallas.

We have done several revocations in the past - this one was by far worst of anything we have ever seen. Besides getting overcharged on a lot of half full boxes, we had damages close to $5000 per our estimates and nothing has been compensated
Everything from the logistics to the quality was badly organized.

Long-distance move from Waltham, MA to Phoenix, AZ

Moving.

Not happy at all with this company. Misquoted about the cost. Some of my belongings were damaged. The company settled, but way underpriced for a piece of furniture that I have had for 26 years. They lack professionalism and accountability .
